David Reed (coryneum) filled out and returned (by U.S. Mail) a "fact finding form" to the Michigan Bureau of Workers' & Unemployment Compensation on January 19, 2004; the narrative of which is now reprinted : "The labor dispute we are concerned with here involves Meijer management personnel receiving training from the Meijer Company that turns them into cult fanatics who are supposed to have the 'mind of Fred' (Fred Meijer) as a result of their training. Once trained the management personnel act as a team in conspiracy to frighten employees into quitting and firing those who don't once they have received pay raises. The management personnel use false statistics, false witnesses and false disciplinary actions to purge unwanted employees and then issue false reports of employee misconduct to unemployment agencies. Past and current Meijer employees (including management personnel) are willing and waiting to testify that what was explained on the front page (of the fact finding form which has a different lay out than this internet posting) is not just happening at the Howell, Meijer Store but is happening at other Meijer Stores where they have worked and has been the case for years. Meijer management was giving me false suspensions but the gievance adjudication backlog would keep them from answering for it. When grievances would appear for adjudication by arbitation the Meijer management would simply drop the write ups against me and then resume issuing false write ups to keep me harassed. When I resigned I had just been suspended for not being in agreement with 'mind of Fred' ideas and for dissent. Lastly, management was provoking combat." David Reed testified at the aforementioned hearing that he had explained to Meijer management (the night he was persecuted into quitting) that as a Christian he has the "mind of Christ" and not the "mind of Fred." David Reed testified further that Christians must obey the ten commandments which includes "thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor." Since David Reed prevailed at the hearing, the State of Michigan now recognizes this explaination of issues and events as fact!!!
