Dear sweetsassygal: In addition to my internet web site and writings on Yahoo messaged boards (many of which you have read) as well as published works and unpublished works (which you have not read); the following court cases were brought by me as educational litigation meant to reform society, reform corrupt government and to break the censorship of the press (the cases were also brought by me from the Ingham County Circuit Court of Michigan into the Michigan Court of Appeals and Michigan Supreme Court): 1.) David J. Reed vs. Mayor Hollister & The City of Lansing. 2.) David J. Reed vs. The State of Michigan, Rep. Frank Fitzgerald & Senator Dick Posthumus. 3.) David J. Reed vs. The City of Lansing. Case #1: brought a request for a Writ of Mandamus to force Mayor Hollister to use his powers as the Chief Law Enforcement Officer of the City of Lansing to free the slaves in Lansing, Michigan. Case #2: brought a request for a Writ of Mandamus to force Rep. Frank Fitzgerald and Senator Dick Posthumus to reform the government of the State of Michigan by enforcing laws that require public officials to do their jobs in good faith. Case #3: brought a civil lawsuit against the City of Lansing for failing to perform their public safety duties and taking the position that the City is immune from litigation if they allow the poor and homeless to freeze to death. My high profile appearances before the Lansing City Council and appeals to the public for help (which were broadcast on closed circuit public television to Lansing area residents) resulted in the appearance of the Pentacostal Rev. Lester Stone...who brought "March for Justice" after my accusations that the Republicans were creating an eliteist, aristocratic society that favors white, anglo, saxon, Protestant males (WASPS); while enjoying a Republican censorship of the press and Cooley Law School Professor of Law and Attorney at Law George Warren who opened Lansing area free legal clinics to help the poor and homeless. An underground railroad spontaneously formed at a Lansing City Council meeting in which citizens saved me from the Lansing Police who surrounded me and were preparing to arrest me by orders of the Lansing Mayor's office. Fearing that I would be killed like Edward Swans (a homeless man left in a strait jacket on his face in his own urine by the Lansing Police in the Lansing City Jail) the underground railroad from that day forward sought to keep me out of the hands of the City of Lansing Government and Lansing Police. The court cases I brought were disposed of by corrupt courts uncontitutionally blocking due process to the cases.
