President George Bush, Jr. recently stated on the TV News that the Democrat's ideas of taxing the rich to save the poor won't work because it will pull the rich under! Next he will try to convince us of this in the name of Jesus and we will hear the clergy saying it!!! If we remember back to just after the U.S. Civil War; one half of U.S. currency was counterfeit at that time, resulting in the creation of the U.S. Secret Service in an attempt to end the problem! Now why didn't the U.S. economy collapse and the "rich go under" at that time like liar President George Bush, Jr. would have us believe? The reason is obvious! What powers the liveyhood of the U.S. is the "gross national product," not money!! There are more than enough resources in the United States to end poverty and homelessness!!! All we have to do is enact a "graduated assests tax" and vendor subsidies to the poor and homeless!!!!!!!!!!
