Help please. My 7yr old son suddenly became very sick last Wednesday. At first he was throwing up next came diarrhea followed by stuffy nose and headache. I thought it was just a virus that was going around but by the 4th day he only seemed to get worse so I took him to the emergency room. the doc said it was a VURI and told me to give him claritin and tylenol/motrin for fever. he still(wed.) has not eaten, still stuffy nose/congestion, headache, can not sleep, very upset stomach. But the problem I'm concerned w/most is this odor coming out of him. I believe it is from his stomach and it smells worse than anything I have ever come across in my life. I can only describe the foul smell as a smell of death. The odor of a rotting body. What can I do??? I know this can in no way be just a common virus he has... What can I do for him and what would be the cause of all these symptoms, anyone please help asap.....
